No. You’re not acting as an agent or broker. You’re acquiring sites as a representative, working directly with property owners to secure development opportunities before they hit the market.

When you acquire a site that we develop or on-sell, you receive 11% of the profit. On a site that generates SIM profit, that’s Sl 10,000 to you.

The 31 -step system is designed for beginners. We teach you everything – from researching zoning to what to say at the door to how to structure the deal.

You’ll be allocated an exclusive Local Government Area (LGA). Any sites acquired in that area come through you – you’re not competing with other specialists.
